Job summary

REM Community Services, a Sevita family member, seeks a supervisor to lead Direct Support Professionals and oversee daily program operations in residential or day settings. The role emphasizes safeguarding health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance across shifts while maintaining person-centered plans and program quality.

The position offers part-time to full-time supervisory hours, with occasional direct support across scheduled shifts, aligned to program needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License with at least 1 year post permit and a clean MVR.
• Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the program including delivery of supports, implementation of person-centered plans, health care, advocacy, customer engagement, regulatory compliance and, when applicable, oversight of the physical environment.
• Generally works 8 to 16 flexible hours per week in a supervisory capacity; and provides direct support for the remaining hours.
