Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role offers a mission-driven environment where you’ll supervise a team of Caregivers, support individuals with daily activities, and help integrate community participation.

Pay is $24 per hour; experience is required. The full-time schedule runs Monday–Friday 12pm–8pm with weekends as needed, providing opportunities to make a meaningful difference

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of ISP and participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or transporting to work or activities.
