Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee a single program, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and ensure person-centered supports in residential or day settings. The role involves scheduling, training, and program planning across shifts.

You will manage census/billing data, maintain compliance, and collaborate with the Program Director to ensure quality services for individuals served.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One-year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the program including delivery of supports and ensuring quality standards.
• Assist the Program Director in development of individual program plans and train staff on plan implementation.
• Ensure licensing compliance, safety standards, and accurate billing/documentation are maintained.
