Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is hiring a full-time, hourly supervisor to lead Direct Support Professionals in our community-based program. The role supports 4-8 individuals in residential settings or 10-15 in day programs, with a schedule of M-F 8a-4p and on-call coverage.

The ideal candidate will have a valid license, a clean driving record, and experience supervising DSPs in community services.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit.
• Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets Sevita insurability policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals on a day-to-day basis.
• Oversee program operations including supports delivery and health care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
