Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in High Point, NC seeks a Residential Manager (Qualified Professional) to lead our group home and oversee services for residents. The role includes supervising staff, developing care plans, coordinating with families, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and a credential to be a Qualified Professional, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to cover the service area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university accredited by USDOE or CHEA.
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional;
• Have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and insurability is required.
• Must have reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day management of the home.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered services that support outcomes for individuals served.
• Oversee operations to ensure regulatory compliance, policies, and standards.
• Monitor program budgets and resources to ensure responsible fiscal management.
• Recruit, supervise, coach, and support staff to promote professional growth and program success.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with Accountability, Commitment, and Caring.

Education
