The role requires a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart, physical stamina for outdoor work, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. The hourly range is $17.00–$19.00 with potential bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend; climb ladders; reach; and lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep common areas and amenities neat and litter-free.
• Cleans storage areas and makes ready units prior to occupancy.
• Handles minor and routine service requests and assists the turnover process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates meet safety codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Provides courteous resident service and responds to maintenance complaints.
• Participates in safety meetings and adheres to OSHA and safety policies.
