Responsibilities

• Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat.
• Cleans and maintains storage areas and vacant apartments during make-ready process.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
• Changes locks as required and ensures pool gates operate safely.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Responds to resident questions and handles complaints with care.
