Job summary

Responsibilities include operating equipment like pressure washers and blowers, removing trash daily, and reporting maintenance concerns to the Service Manager. Must be able to work weekends and after hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings.
• Remove trash from office areas and apartment perimeter daily.
• Assist in make-ready preparations, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Assist and perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist in cleaning available units and models.
• Operate pressure washer and backpack blowers as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs to the Service Manager.
• Follow safety procedures and operate equipment safely.
