Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a full-time Porter to maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and the leasing office for a multi-family residential community.

Daily duties include trash removal, making ready units, cleaning models, operating a pressure washer and backpack blower, and reporting maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.

Strong communication and customer service skills are required, with weekend and after-hours availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community buildings.
• Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
• Assist in the preparation of make-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Assist and perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist in the cleaning of available units and models.
• Must be able to operate pressure washer and backpack blowers.
• Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the Service Manager.
• Perform tasks and operate machinery in a safe manner and in compliance with safety procedures.
