Job summary

B.HOM Student Living LLC is seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our community in Baton Rouge. You will support daily groundskeeping, cleaning, and property upkeep to ensure strong curb appeal and a welcoming living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include inspecting exteriors, maintaining landscaping, assisting with minor maintenance tasks, and supporting the maintenance team with unit turns and trash-outs.

Qualifications

• Must maintain cleanliness and appearance of property.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property, ground and common areas.
• Inspect exterior grounds and buildings daily; remove trash and debris.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and unit turns; support pool and amenity upkeep.
• Provide excellent resident-facing service and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
