Job summary

LDG Development is seeking a Porter in Houston, TX to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the property's grounds, common areas, and apartments. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to high property standards.

Responsibilities include customer service, housekeeping, landscaping, turnover support, and reporting issues to the Property Manager. This is a full-time position with benefits eligibility and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the property's grounds, common areas, and apartments.
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris, and waste.
• Support apartment turnovers as directed and report maintenance needs.
• Communicate with Property Manager regarding any issues affecting curb appeal or repairs.
• Respond to emergencies following established policies and procedures.
• Participate in required training and adhere to all policies.
