Qualifications

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all public and common areas in a clean, neat, and attractive condition.
• Clean and maintain the pool area daily.
• Assist with the make-ready process of vacant units.
• Maintain trash and dumpster areas by removing debris and ensuring cleanliness.
• Deliver notices and assist maintenance staff as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Respond to service requests promptly and accurately.
• Follow safe work practices and safety programs.
• Attend required training sessions and team meetings.
