Job summary

Venterra Realty is seeking a Porter to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across property grounds, amenities, and exterior spaces. The role includes trash removal, light maintenance, and assisting with apartment turnover to support resident satisfaction.

The Porter will work on-site at Trevesta Place, with responsibilities that ensure safety, cleanliness, and timely turnover while delivering a welcoming living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to maintaining company standards.
• Lifting/carrying (supplies, equipment, etc.): Over 75 lbs. Rare need; 25–75 lbs. Occasional need; 1–25 lbs. Constant need.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, pools and spas, parking lots, breezeways and common areas.
• Ensure cleanliness, functionality and safety of amenities at all times.
• Assist in the unit turn process by removing items left by previous residents.
• Deliver notices, manage trash removal, and address debris or hazards on the property; work independently while following standards.
• Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed.
• Support the team with other duties as needed to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards.
