Job summary

Titan Security Group is hiring Front Desk Concierge Security Officers for residential buildings in Downtown Chicago. You will provide top-tier customer service, manage front desk logs, control access, and monitor CCTV to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 21+ years old, ability to lift 50+ lbs, pass background checks, and English proficiency. Bilinguals are a plus; evening/weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience as door staff, receptionist, or in a customer service role.
• Comfortable around pets/animals.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain Illinois PERC.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical requirements (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all on-site parties.
• Maintain accurate logs at the front desk for people and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and perform patrols to deter theft.
• Respond to incidents and document them for management.
