MFort Security Services is seeking a professional Concierge Security Officer to join our team at a residential property in Chicago. This full-time swing shift role emphasizes safety, welcoming service, and reliable presence on-site.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, calm communication, and at least two years of residential concierge or front desk security experience, with an Illinois PERC card and the ability to obtain the 20-hour training certificate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential concierge or front desk security experience.
• Must have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
• Open to working a swing schedule; schedule provided below.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Enforce access control procedures and monitor visitor management systems.
• Observe, report, and document incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activity.
• Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure a secure and orderly environment.
• Maintain situational awareness and respond promptly to emergencies or concerns.
• Adhere to all company policies, post orders, and client procedures.
• Communicate effectively with property management, clients, team members, and contractors.
• Responsibly use company and client-provided equipment for security and monitoring tasks.
• Perform additional duties as required by site management or MFort supervisors.
