Parkside Plaza Condo Unit Owners Association in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a friendly Front Desk Clerk to be the welcoming face of our residential community. This role centers on exceptional customer service, resident relations, and efficient frontline operations.

You will greet residents and guests, manage calls and inquiries, handle packages, and coordinate with management to address concerns. Weekend or evenings may be required, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk, concierge, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency including data entry and email communication.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts including weekends or evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor building access and enforce community security protocols.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and resident inquiries.
• Manage package and mail receipt, logging, and resident notifications.
• Maintain accurate visitor and activity logs throughout each shift.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance staff to address resident concerns.
• Respond to emergencies and contact appropriate personnel as needed.
