Astound is seeking a dynamic residential door-to-door salesperson in the Greater Maryland area. You will engage residents and property managers,Present service options, collect sign-ups, and contribute to Astound’s growth in a fast-paced field environment.

You will work outdoors, drive to customer sites, and hit daily leads with a focus on customer needs and closing opportunities. Expect base pay plus commissions, with significant earning potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face residential customer engagement.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face meetings in the Greater Maryland area.
• Pursue leads provided daily and close sign-ups.
• Understand property-specific service needs and explain Astound solutions.
• Distribute marketing materials and promote Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contracts and service terms relevant to the customer.
• Meet and report sales statistics to management.
