Job summary

Astound is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive residential internet service sign-ups across the Greater Maryland area. You will operate in a face-to-face, door-to-door capacity, earning a base salary with uncapped commissions and a strong potential to exceed six figures based on performance.

You will represent Astound, engage residents and property managers, and work autonomously in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with residents and property managers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers in residential areas through in-person visits.
• Pursue leads provided daily and convert to sign-ups.
• Understand property specifics and service needs to tailor solutions.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review contract language and service requirements with customers.
• Meet sales quotas and report progress to management.
• Stay informed about market competition and opportunities.
