Astound is seeking ambitious direct sales representatives for residential, door-to-door outreach across multiple markets. You will engage with residents and property managers, quote services, and sign customers up for fiber internet and related products.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, strong earnings potential, and comprehensive benefits. You will operate in a fast-paced, field-based environment with training and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Face-to-face, door-to-door sales experience is a plus.
• Motivated, self-starter with autonomous work habits.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face interactions in the field.
• Pursue leads daily and understand property-specific requirements.
• Distribute marketing material and build brand awareness.
• Explain service options, quote customers, and sign-up orders.
• Attend sales meetings and report results to management.
