Astound is seeking a motivated residential direct sales representative to join our team in multiple markets, including Lanham, MD. You will engage homeowners face-to-face, qualify leads, and sign up new customers for our fiber internet and related services.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities. The role emphasizes performance, with commissions potentially pushing earnings well beyond base pay and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in field settings.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license where required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Present and sign up services for home customers.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
• Report sales activity to management and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with marketing and support teams to grow brand awareness.
