Job summary

Astound is hiring for a residential direct sales role in markets across the US, including Midland, TX. You’ll work face-to-face in a field environment, build relationships with residents and property managers, and drive sign-ups for home internet services with uncapped commissions.

The position offers a base salary with aggressive commission potential, comprehensive benefits, and a support structure to help you succeed in a fast-paced outdoor sales role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational and time management skills.
• Motivated self-starter comfortable working autonomously and in a field environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contract language, service levels, and obligations.
• Understand customer needs and articulate solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
