Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic residential direct sales representative to drive growth in targeted markets. In this field-based role, you will meet with residents and property managers, present our services, and sign up new customers.

The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. You will be traveling to assigned territories, working outdoors, and pursuing daily leads to maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in field-based environment.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license where required.
• Face-to-face sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in residential environment.
• Pursue leads provided daily.
• Explain service needs and sign-up orders.
• Distribute marketing material and build brand awareness.
• Review property contracts and understand service levels.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report stats.
• Stay updated on competitor activity.
