Astound is seeking motivated direct sales professionals to expand our residential footprint in select markets. You will meet residents at their homes, explain fiber and internet offerings, and sign up new customers in a fast-paced field environment.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and a path to significant earnings for high performers, along with a strong support and training program to accelerate ramp-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in direct or field sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Present and sign up customers for services at their homes.
• Distribute marketing materials and build brand awareness in assigned areas.
• Achieve or exceed daily sales targets and reporting requirements.
• Maintain updated knowledge of products, promotions, and territory.
