Astound is a leading provider of internet, WiFi, mobile, and TV services, delivering reliable connectivity and digital experiences to homes. We are seeking a Direct Sales Representative to actively grow our residential customer base in a field-based, door-to-door role.

In this position you will start with a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with total earnings potentially reaching six figures for top performers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions at homes and with property managers.
• Present Astound service options and sign-up orders.
• Follow leads daily and build territory momentum.
• Represent Astound professionally while meeting sales targets.
• Record sales activity accurately and report to management.
