Astound is seeking a field-based sales representative for residential door-to-door outreach in the Dallas, TX area. You will earn a $34,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with total earnings potential up to $90,000 and beyond for top performers.

This role emphasizes face-to-face home visits, building relationships, presenting service options, and signing up customers while representing a leading internet, WiFi, and TV provider. Schedule Tue-Sat with occasional weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face door-to-door sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, self-starter with ability to work autonomously.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced, commission-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through in-person visits.
