Job summary

Astound is seeking an energetic field-based Outside Sales representative to promote our residential internet services across the Dallas, TX area. You will meet residents, discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign up new customers through face-to-face engagements.

The role offers a base salary of $34,000 plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings up to $90,000. Candidates should be self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working outdoors.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face residential sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs and sign up orders.
• Distribute marketing material and build brand awareness in assigned territories.

• Attend mandatory sales meetings and pursue leads daily.
