Astound is seeking an energetic field-based sales professional for residential door-to-door outreach in the Dallas, TX area. Earn a $34,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions with the potential to exceed six figures through performance-driven earnings.

You will engage residents, property managers, and referral sources to sign up services, manage quotas, and represent a leading internet provider in a dynamic outdoor sales environment. Flexible scheduling and training support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers in residential settings.
• Able to build trust and close deals through in-person interactions.
• Proven time management and organizational abilities in a field-based role.

Responsabilités

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily
• Distribute marketing material, facilitate campaigns, and build Astound brand awareness
• Review property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations
• Understand customer needs and articulate solutions
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management
