Astound is seeking a results-driven residential door-to-door sales professional to cover the Dallas, TX market. You will build relationships with residents, property managers, and referral sources, delivering quotes and signing customers for our fiber internet services.

The role offers a $34,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings of $90,000 and strong upside for high performers. Schedule is Tue–Sat with flexibility; face-to-face field work is required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions in the field.
• Present service needs, provide quotes, and sign up orders at residences.
• Follow leads and pursue opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Attend sales meetings and report performance metrics to management.
• Maintain knowledge of property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
