Job summary

Astound is seeking a residential door-to-door outside sales representative for the Dallas, TX area. You will start with a $34,000 base salary and uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings up to $90,000.

The role is field-based, Tuesday–Saturday with weekend flexibility. You will visit homes to discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign up orders while representing a top internet provider that offers strong support and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment in the field.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, autonomous with strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign up orders.
• Build Astound brand awareness by distributing marketing materials and conducting campaigns.
• Aggressively pursue leads and report sales statistics to management.
• Understand customer needs and articulate solutions to close sales.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and stay informed about market competition.
