Job summary

Astound is seeking an energetic Door-to-Door residential outside sales representative in Illinois. You will engage residents and property managers in person, propose service solutions, and close sign-up orders with a base salary of $40,000 plus uncapped commissions.

Expectations include aggressive lead pursuit, meeting quotas, and delivering strong earnings potential through performance. You will represent a leading internet provider, receive ongoing training, operate in a protected territory,

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• We are seeking candidates who are comfortable working outdoors in residential settings.
• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities are required.
• Must be motivated to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers in residential areas through face-to-face visits.
• Pursue leads daily and build Astound brand awareness in the market.
• Understand property-specific service needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Review property contracts, service levels, and obligations with prospects.
• Distribute marketing materials and support targeted marketing campaigns.
• Attend sales meetings and report performance metrics to management.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive offerings and market conditions.
