Astound in Maryland is hiring for a dynamic residential outside sales role. You will operate in the field around the Greater Maryland area, meeting residents at their homes to discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign up customers.

This is a face-to-face position with uncapped commissions and a base salary starting at $38,778.69 per year, with potential to exceed six figures through performance. You will join a team that values training, mentoring, and a strong sales culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Face-to-face, door-to-door sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Pursue leads daily and convert to service sign-ups.
• Understand property-specific contract language and service options.
• Distribute marketing materials and build brand awareness.
• Review customer needs and articulate suitable solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report results to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activity in the market.
• Other duties as assigned.
