Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic field-based residential sales representative to cover the Greater Maryland area. You will engage homeowners and property managers face-to-face, presenting our internet services and signing up customers in-person.

This role offers a $38,779 base salary with uncapped commissions and the potential to exceed six figures based on performance. Ongoing training, a protected territory, and a comprehensive benefits package support your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Sales experience and quota-driven mindset preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face visits and referrals.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness in neighborhoods.
• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign-up orders.
• Report sales statistics accurately to management and meet required meetings.
• Stay informed about competitive offerings in your market.
