Job summary

Astound is seeking an energetic outside sales representative to drive door-to-door residential growth in the Greater Maryland area. You will start with a base salary of $38,778.69 per year plus uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses, with total earnings potentially exceeding six figures.

You’ll meet residents and property managers, pitch services, quote customers, and close sign-ups while staying aligned with company goals and market campaigns.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Face-to-face, door-to-door residential sales in the Greater Maryland area.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents and referrals.
• Pursue leads provided daily and present service quotes.
• Understand property-specific terms, contracts and obligations; build Astound brand awareness.
