Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, part of the Renuity family, is seeking experienced window professionals in the Des Moines area to lead residential installations and deliver flawless results.

You will install remodeling products, perform finish work, and coordinate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and timely payments. A valid driver's license and 2+ years in remodeling are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Hands-on background in window replacement and/or exterior window wrapping.
• Clear, professional communication and outstanding customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a strong driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install residential remodeling products—especially windows—per company standards.
• Perform precise finish work and trim details for every construction application.
• Coordinate with management at completion to confirm customer satisfaction and finalize payments.
• Complete the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at closeout.

We’re growing quickly and inviting experienced window professionals in the Des Moines, IA area to take the lead on residential installations.A Day in This RoleYou arrive at the first home ready to set the tone for a flawless install. You lead the setup, confirm measurements, and ensure every sash, frame, and wrap aligns with Mad City’s exacting standards. By afternoon, trim and finish work are complete and the site is spotless.
