Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Window Installer in Des Moines, IA. Install home remodeling products to our standards, apply finish work, and communicate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.

With 2+ years in remodeling or carpentry, you will wrap windows, hold a valid driver’s license, and communicate clearly with homeowners and teammates. Base pay is $32.50/hr, with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
