Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, part of the Renuity family, is hiring a Residential Fenestration Installation Supervisor in Wisconsin. You’ll lead crews, install replacement windows to exact standards, and ensure top-quality finish work and customer satisfaction.

The role is field-based with a Monday–Friday schedule and a base pay of $32.50/hr. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision, with clear advancement pathways within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Hands-on background with window replacement and/or window wrapping.
• Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record.
• Excellent communicator with standout customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products to Mad City’s specifications and procedures.
• Perform precise finish work across varied construction situations.
• Communicate with management upon completion to confirm customer satisfaction and enable final payment.
• Complete the homeowner carpentry checklist at closeout.
