Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud Renuity family company, is hiring window installers in Davenport, IA. You will install home remodeling products per company standards, perform finish work, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Strong communication with homeowners and team members is essential as you guide projects to completion. Base hourly pay is $32.50/hr with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.
