Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring for an Install Lead to install home remodeling products to company standards. You will wrap windows, complete finish work, and communicate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.

Role requires 6 months of remodeling or carpentry experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills. This is a field-based role with day trips to job sites and most nights at home.

Qualifications

• 6 months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for each construction application.
• Communicate with management at installation end to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
