Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, part of the Renuity family, is seeking a Residential Fenestration Installer to join our field team. You will inspect homes, install replacement windows, and complete finishing work with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Most work is site-based with day trips and evenings at home. You’ll earn $20–$24 per hour, Monday–Friday, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Hands-on experience with window replacements and/or exterior window wrapping.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to work effectively with homeowners and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Install replacement windows following Mad City’s standards and procedures.
• Perform finishing and trim work as needed for a polished, professional result.
• Wrap windows when required and ensure weather-tight, code-compliant installations.

Residential Fenestration Installer Join Mad City Windows & Baths, part of the Renuity family

Picture your morning: you check your route, load up the truck, and head to a nearby home where a family has been looking forward to new, energy-efficient windows. You greet the homeowner, walk the space, confirm the plan, and then get to work—precise removal, expert installation, clean finish work, and a final walkthrough that leaves the customer smiling. That’s a typical day for our Residential Fenestration Installer.

What you’ll do

• Install residential remodeling products—particularly replacement windows—following Mad City’s standards and procedures.
• Perform finishing and trim work as needed for a polished, professional result.
• Wrap windows when required and ensure weather-tight, code-compliant installations.
• Communicate with management at job completion to confirm customer satisfaction and obtain authorization for final payment.

Field-based role

This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to job sites, with most nights at home.
