Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths is hiring a field-based installer to remove old units, install window replacements, and wrap exteriors to a high standard. You’ll follow Mad City standards, communicate with homeowners, and complete project checklists before management review.

You'll work Monday–Friday on job sites within driving distance of homes, with most nights at home. Base pay is $20 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Hands-on experience with window replacement and/or window wrapping.
• Clear, customer-friendly communication with homeowners and teammates.

• Perform precise finish work for a polished, construction-grade result on every job.
• Communicate with management at the end of each install to confirm customer satisfaction and process final payment authorization.

You arrive at a customer’s home and get to work: remove old units, set plumb and level replacements, integrate flashing, wrap exteriors for a clean finish, and button up every detail. You walk the homeowner through the results, complete the final checklist together, then close out with management to confirm satisfaction and authorize final payment. Another home transformed—on to the next.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Clear, customer-friendly communication with homeowners and teammates.
