Job summary

Forward Health is seeking a Maintenance Associate to support upkeep, safety, and functionality of a residential treatment center. You will perform routine inspections, assist with repairs, handle work orders, and coordinate with vendors to keep spaces clean and safe for clients and staff.

Requirements include 1–3 years in maintenance or facilities, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement available).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in general maintenance or related field.
• Healthcare, behavioral health, or residential setting experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and common areas.
• Identify and report safety hazards and assist in resolutions.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and basic repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Assist with setup/breakdown for meetings or programming.
• Maintain records of tasks and coordinate with vendors.
