Job summary

City Care is seeking a maintenance-focused individual to care for 112 residential units and create safe, clean, and welcoming spaces for residents, guests, and staff. The role reports to the Senior Director of Facilities and entails performing basic janitorial, pest control, and preventative maintenance duties across the property.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of residential maintenance or related experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting

Qualifications

• Experience in residential maintenance is required.
• Familiarity with pest control methods and inspections preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintains regular attendance and participates in on-call rotation.
• Assists with move-in/move-out procedures and inspections.
• Provides excellent customer service and professional representation.
• Supports a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Performs janitorial, pest control, and routine maintenance duties.
