Job summary

City Care is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to care for 112 residential units and common areas. Reporting to the Senior Director of Facilities, you will help create safe, clean, and welcoming spaces for residents, guests, and staff.

You will perform pest control inspections, basic janitorial duties, and assist with move-in/out procedures. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, weekend on-call rotation, and an Oklahoma Pest Applicator license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential maintenance or related experience.
• 2+ years of experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• Ability to respond with sensitivity to diverse situations.
• Experience with basic janitorial work/tasks.
• Pest control experience including inspecting for infestations and knowledge of traps, sprays, and other methods.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize duties, manage time efficiently, and multitask.
• Ability to use email, text, online calendar, and property management software to obtain maintenance requests.
• Must have Oklahoma Pest Applicator License.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance, including on-call rotation/after-hours schedule.
• Assists with move-in and move-out procedures, including inspections.
• Provides excellent customer service and represents City Care professionally.
• Supports and maintains a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Performs basic and routine janitorial, pest control, and other preventative maintenance duties.
