Job summary

City Care in Oklahoma City is seeking a Facilities Engineer to manage maintenance and operations for 112 residential units. This role focuses on safety, cleanliness, and welcoming spaces for residents, guests, and staff.

The position reports to the Senior Director of Facilities and includes rotating paid on-call weeks, evenings, and weekends. Oklahoma Pest Applicator license is required and benefits start after the initial period.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic janitorial tasks is required.
• Pest control experience including inspections and use of traps/sprays is required.
• Strong organization and attention to detail are essential.
• Good time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize duties, and multitask.
• Proficiency using email and online tools to manage maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance, including on-call rotation/after-hours.
• Assists with move-in/move-out inspections and required inspections.
• Provides excellent customer service and upholds City Care professionalism.
• Supports a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Performs basic and routine janitorial, pest control, and preventative maintenance duties.
