Job summary

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Estimator to perform HVAC load calculations and duct designs for residential new construction. You will interpret blueprints and CAD drawings, estimate materials and labor, and coordinate with sales, administration, and leadership.

The role requires 2+ years of estimation experience, strong CAD skills, and the ability to guide the Estimating team. This is a fully remote position supporting multiple US divisions with a focus on accuracy and timely

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years estimation experience in HVAC or related field.
• Proficient in reading blueprints/CAD drawings and applying load calculations.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Interprets blueprints and CAD drawings to create HVAC load calculations and designs.
• Estimate materials and labor costs for residential HVAC installations.
• Communicate updates to division leadership and estimation team.
• Provide guidance and training to Estimating team as needed.
• Maintain accuracy in reports and documentation; support safety practices.
