Job summary

Hammond Services in Griffin, GA is seeking qualified Electricians to join a family-owned heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical company serving South & West Metro Atlanta. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems while delivering top service.

We offer strong pay—$70,000 to $130,000+ annually—plus a benefits package including 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' residential electrical service experience.
• Significant troubleshooting experience in a residential environment.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Must be at least 22 years old to meet insurance requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Familiar with a wide range of electrical troubleshooting techniques.
• Highly safety conscious and aware of safe work practices on ladders/scaffolding.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Experience making repair and replace decisions.
• Knowledge of electrical components and equipment and diagnostic instruments.
• Possess tools needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, replace, and troubleshoot residential and light commercial electrical systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on residential systems with minimal supervision.
• Discuss electrical system malfunctions with customers to prevent future problems.
• Use software to report work completed and collect customer payments (COD).
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations and repairs efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
