Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential electrical service and repair experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and local inspection standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical issues, including power loss, circuit failures, breaker problems, wiring faults, and equipment malfunctions.
• Perform electrical repairs and replacements on outlets, switches, lighting systems, breakers, panels, wiring, and related components.
• Install dedicated circuits, EV charging stations, surge protection systems, and other residential electrical upgrades.
• Inspect electrical systems for safety concerns, code violations, and potential hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
• Clearly communicate findings, repair recommendations, and options to homeowners in a professional, customer-focused manner.
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Position Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of residential electrical service and repair experience preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to independently identify and resolve electrical issues
• Working knowledge of residential electrical systems, components, and wiring methods
• Ability to safely repair and replace outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, breakers, panels, and wiring
• Experience installing dedicated circuits, EV chargers, whole-home surge protection, and other residential electrical upgrades
• Thorough understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and local inspection standards
• Strong commitment to electrical safety, quality workmanship, and code compliance
