Copeland Home Services, a residential electrical contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, is seeking an Electrical Service Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will meet homeowners in their homes, assess electrical needs, and propose panel upgrades, EV chargers, generators, and rewiring solutions.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience or B2C sales.
• Strong residential electrical knowledge.
• Ability to build and present quotes.
• Excellent communication with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess residential electrical needs.
• Partner with licensed electricians to translate diagnostics into options.
• Present tailored solutions and pricing for panels, EV chargers, generators, surge protection, rewiring, lighting.
• Build accurate quotes and proposals using mobile sales tools.
• Close sales with a consultative approach.
• Follow up with customers for satisfaction and referrals.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and sales activity.
• Participate in rotating on-call to support urgent residential service requests.
