Reliable Power Systems & Electrical Services, a Premier Level Generac Dealer, is hiring a Residential Electrical Sales Representative. You will meet homeowners, assess needs, and convert opportunities into sold projects, combining technical electrical knowledge with consultative sales to drive customer satisfaction and company growth.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call responsibilities, strong earning potential through commissions, and company-provided sales leads.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate residential electrical knowledge.
• Proven ability to sell and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate electrical service needs and project requirements.
• Conduct on-site assessments and provide professional recommendations.
• Prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals for electrical services and installations.
• Capture detailed photos and documentation to support project planning.
• Explain project scope, materials, and requirements to operations team.
• Collaborate with field management to ensure accurate specifications.
• Follow up on open estimates and maintain conversion rates.
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships through service.
• Coordinate with dispatch, permitting, purchasing, and operations teams.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
