Fire & Ice Heating and Air Conditioning in Columbus, Ohio seeks an Electrical Safety Advisor to inspect homes, diagnose electrical issues, and recommend code-compliant upgrades. You will educate homeowners on safety, present options, and help grow revenue through service agreements and enhancements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in residential electrical work, strong safety knowledge, and effective communication skills; a Ohio electrician license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential electrical service experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive residential electrical safety inspections.
• Diagnose electrical issues and identify safety hazards.
• Evaluate electrical panels, wiring, grounding, surge protection, outlets, switches.
• Recommend repairs, upgrades, and code-compliant solutions.
• Complete electrical service work per local, state, and national codes.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and customer records.
• Build trust with homeowners through consultations and service.
• Educate customers on electrical safety risks and solutions.
• Generate revenue through service agreements and upgrades.
